Should 'gas guzzlers' pay more for parking?

No why should they - they already pay extra for the fuel.. This is enough of a nanny state without being told what car you can or cant have. When a bigger effort is made by the likes of packaging companies to reduce pollution from plastics etc. then maybe people will take the whole thing seriously.

It's just one year, that is not bad. I mean if you were 20 and he was 17 that would be another story. I say go for it, but office dating, I don't think so. I would never office date b/c what if you break up? That would be so weird and awkward at work.

Credit score of excellent and an excellent co-signer what are the chances of getting approved for home loan?

Credit score of 750 and better, only down fall 22 years old but co-signer has almost perfect credit and is a lot older. Didn't get the home loan by myself because of short credit history. Have my chances gotten greater with an excellent co-signer?
