Dating a younger guy who was a friend? - guy answers would be nice?

It's just one year, that is not bad. I mean if you were 20 and he was 17 that would be another story. I say go for it, but office dating, I don't think so. I would never office date b/c what if you break up? That would be so weird and awkward at work.
