How to cancel paypal transaction?

ok so this guy is paying me for this phone and he sent me the money via paypal.... Paypal said theyll give me the cash once i give them the shipping number but when i saw that im shipping to nigeria(65$ shipping) i decided i dont want to go through. How do i send the money back or cancel the deal? thanks
