Do you have any kind of estimate at what this would cost? Altering my wedding dress, bay area, done by koreans

I live in a part of Monterey County called "Marina" a lot of korean, mexicans etc... Anyways, I was wondering how much do you think "Tokyo's" or "chang's" would charge to basically just take some material of the bust area and re-sew it. (i basically have a kangaroo pouch by the bust) ??????????????????????????/
