If the earliest known worship was to fertility god/goddesses (as suggested by various idols dating back to...?

...the stone age and perhaps earlier), and then humans evolved into worshipping sun-gods (as per the ancient Egyptians, Sumerians, Aztecs etc), and then towards humanoid/crossover gods (Zeus et al), which evolved into the gods of today (fatherly, personal humanoid-deities), what do you think the next evolution of religion/god will be?
