Letter from fbi? is it fake?

Have you had a transaction that gave you that amount of money recently? If you haven't than it's probably fake. I have a really hard time believing that any letter from the FBI would start off with "Greetings from R. Mueller of the FBI"..that just seems pretty suspicious to me.
