How to get the guy to ask you out? Please help!?

There is this guy that I really and extremely liked last year (like I was CRAZY about him) and this year I still like him but not as much as last year. But 2/3 of my friends (we're in the "cool" crowd :P) already have boyfriends and I would just HATE to be the last one. This guy always invites me to video chat as soon as I go on and if i decline he ims me (he only does this to me) and he tries to get me attention in every way possible...so I think he likes me. But hes not asking me out, how do I get him to? Please help! I will definitely choose best answer!
