Most women would kill for some thighs/, everyone's always trying to figure out how to make them bigger and your trying to shrink them! What your referring to is muscle atrophy(loss of muscle m), which results from starvation! If you want to lose those highs your going to yes..stop exercising them. Personally, big thighs are attractive and it's part of being a woman, I think these people are just jealous of you.
