Is this dream symbolic at all?what does it mean?

I had a dream about someone i no longer speak with. I dreamt that i was swimming with him in the ocean, the water was very sandy but he was diving and then he dive down and brought back up an mussel for me. But when i tried to dive into the water myself i couldn't see anything because the water was so dark and sandy that i wondered how he even dive to find that mussel(not oyster). Also i had the mussel in my hand and i opened it. I was looking for a pearl in it for some reason (though i know it’s oysters which has pearls) but was not looking very hard since i was out in the deep water and was gonna wait untill i reach the shore. The water was very very dark meaning it look like deep sea.
