My mother is flying from Sweden to Singapore and she doesn't speak English.?

My mother is flying back from Sweden to Singapore on Malaysian airline and I have 1 concern. She doesn't speak or read English at all. How can she manage from the minute she checks in, transit in KL and finally land in Singapore? Most airlines have a service for "unaccompanied minors", is there a same service for adult?
