Please list some Specific Success's of Hillary's?

The Clintons always say how Hillary has been fighting for this or that over 25 years, all the while, the very things she says she's fighting for, keep getting worse. I'm waiting for someone to educate me and tell me of some specific things Hillary has done that were successful. We all know Romney is a successful business man, McCain is a military Hero, Rudy showed great leadership after 9/11. What is Hillary? I'm listening.
