What should i do,i told this girl i didnt like her a few months ago,how should i tell her that i like her now?

Ok the whole story, last year this girl was hanging around me all the time and i think i led her on a little bit, i didnt like her but i went to sadies with her, the next day though i told her i just wanted to be friends. This year somehow it kinda started all over again, she still really liked me, at a school football game i ignored her and was talking to this other girl and ended up asking this other girl to the dance. well now for some reason im starting to like the girl who liked me last year now. i talk to this girl a little bit now, but i dont know if she still likes me. How should i tell her that i like her now, im not sure if she still has feellings for me?
