What book do these Harry Potter quotes come from?

Thank you for making that comment about Twilight (I'm not really sure if it deserves to be capitalized, but I am trying to be grammatically correct.) I am a Harry Potter freak so I am stunned that I don't know this off the top of my head. I am pretty sure that the first one was from book five, the second from book five also then the other from book one. Thanks!
